Eyebrow is a satirical journey through the land of celebrity obsession, where no cow is sacred. Not even Kirstie Alley. Oh, snap. Did we just say that?
So give us your dishy, your celebrity-spawned fiction, your poems to Charlie Sheen's hair. Eyebrow likes it rough and dirty. Think Perez Hilton meets Jonathan Swift.
Right now, we are in our infant stage, but soon we will emerge from our Gucci chrysalis a terrible, fame hungry attention whore that will update daily and/or flash our coochie while entering our limo. We pimp it, and you bring it.

- Eyebrow is a literary journal of celebrity, pop culture, and fleeting fame. We publish hot poetry and prose with a litpop bend. Our credo: why hate it when you can hustle it? At best, we’re a satirical journey through the land of celebrity obsession. At worst, we’re another cog in the litpop revolution.
Guidelines
Our aesthetic: Make it fabulous and make it good. We like humor and raw, edgy writing. We heart experimental. Think Perez Hilton meets Jonathan Swift without the typos, Gulliver, and the faux cum stained pics.
We like to view Eyebrow as an art project that’s continually evolving. In other words, unlike Nicole Kidman, our face will move. But whatever you do, keep it current—we don’t want last year’s Lohan scandal in a sonnet—and keep it from getting self-indulgent.
We accept email submissions only. Our reading period is currently open year-round, with an anticipated launch date of June 15th 2009. Please keep an eye out for changes as we may possibly have to go clubbing, shave our heads, become rap artists, and/or enter rehab without prior warning.
All submissions should be sent to eyebroweditor [at] gmail.com and should be pasted into the body of your email. The subject of your email should indicate the genre of your submission along with your name and the word “Submission.” Please include an author’s bio and a brief cover letter.
OMG, do not submit more than once every six months. You may submit in more than one genre at a time and may include multiple genres in the same email. However, we will not read more than three pieces per submission because we have short attention spans and American Idol just came on TV.
We do not accept simultaneous submissions but will make every effort to respond to submissions as quickly as possible. We do not accept previously published material.
Writers retain all rights to their work but Eyebrow requests acknowledgements in future re-publications of the work and also retains the right to include the work in a print anthology.
FICTION/ESSAY/CREATIVE NONFICTION: 750 words or less is our hard line. Do not submit more than three stories or we will Dixie Chick you.
POETRY: Up to 3 poems no longer than 30 lines each.
